Enjoy river and city views from above on this abandoned overhead freight railway transformed with beautiful landscaping of wild plants, art installations and a place to wade in a small pool. Hands-on nature sessions are available during summer for kids.
- New York Transit Museum
Learn about New York’s subways beginning with how tunnels were dug underground from 1904 to 1927. Visitors can walk through vintage subway cars and engage with interactive exhibits.
